We want to be in PSV for Christmas. Wondering about how to clear out of St. Vincent waters since December 26 is Boxing Day and Christmas is on a Sunday. Thoughts? Can you check out in Union on December 24th and not check into Carriacou until December 26 or 27? Or will customs at airport in Union be open on December 26?
