Thanks for thinking about this. You can refill water jugs at St. John Ice in the Lumberyard in Cruz Bay. I don't know of a place to fill water jugs on the Coral Bay side. Sorry, no idea about recycling plastic. Aluminum can recycling is a community effort that only works through volunteers. http://www.viwma.org/Recycling.aspxCheers, RickG
