Went to their website http://www.royalislander.com/contact-us/All phone numbers listed there have a "+" sign in front of the one. Not sure if that matters. I have always had great success in our 5 stays there by using the emails listed on the site and the generic contact form. Usually get a reply in a day or less. Have only called them from cell phone while on island.
