Wife and I are wanting to take a quick trip down and sail this July or August. Got any ideas for an economical mono/owners time with shore side air to charter? I'm assuming the air is a must this time of year. You guys offer the greatest feedback, thanks for all your time and experience. Hope to meet some of you soon. Thanks again. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

I'd like to be a jelly fish, cause jelly fish don't pay rent.

I would recommend generator and A/C. Couple years ago we chartered Steele the Wind from CYOA (52 ft mono with gen and A/C.
TMM has two 41 ft monohulls with shore power A/C .

I had a similar question. Just two of us planning to go in early to mid august. Are there any monohulls available that have a Generator and AC that are smaller than 50+ feet? Looks like most boats have shore A/C only and we typically grab a ball or drop the hook at places where slips are not available. I'm thinking that we may have low winds/buggy times in August.

As said before, check out CYOA. They have some monohulls, and one or two small (36 ft) cats with Gen/AC.

Check out ProValor. They have several that might fit well.
