Does anyone have a photo of Fort Burt marina's fuel dock? and any idea what time they open?

Our return day is going to be fairly tight, we will return to TMM promptly when they open. I have exchanged emails with TMM regarding this and they scheduled our taxi for 9am. Unfortunately, crew work schedules didn't allow for a final night in a hotel.

Our itinerary is slowly coming together, last night we decided to remove STJ since we were there a couple years ago. With that out of the way I can give the crew many more BVI options!

I saw Brent (Captains Compass) posted some diesel options in March, thanks for including phone numbers! On that list Leverick was down? Is N. Latitude on Jost open? I see Scrub is now an option!

Thanks
.

The fuel dock in Cane Garden Bay is easy with good prices if this is an option in your itinerary. Have a good trip!

It used to be Village Key opened for fuel at 7am, so when we wanted to return the boat first thing, we'd moor in Great Harbor Peter Island, get up early to jump across the Channel, and make sure we were at the fuel dock at 7am. Just need to confirm that they still open at 7am.

I'd also make sure to strip the beds, etc, pack, get all the food stuff ready on the jump over or while fueling to make your 9am taxi. Its tight but can be done.

Keep Smiling!!!

We usually charter with Conch, which is right next to Ft. Burt fuel dock. The dock hands always come out and take us to the fuel dock at Ft. Burt. Not sure about their hours, but last time was a Sunday morning around 9am and they weren't open yet. Maybe call them or Conch to find out the hours. 284-494-4200

Ahoy Captains,
My experience is the Diesel Fuel Hose at Cane Garden Bay does not go all the way to the end of the outside of that dock. And not practical for a Charter Yacht to tie up inside the T of that dock.
My experience is the Fuel Dock at Loose Mongoose has a controlling depth of less that 5 Feet. With following seas from prevailing Easterly Trade Winds and a Tidal Range of up to 18 Inches, Fuel and Water Service at the Loose Mongoose my not be practical for most Charter Yachts.
Leverick Bay Dock has Diesel and Gasoline Fuel and Water Again.

I would spend the $100 refuleing fee as cheap stress reduction!

Beerman, I get back to NOVA for work occasionally. I really miss St. John! We will be there for two weeks on land in the fall.

Cheers, RickG
