Pretty exhausted after the days activities and returning back to Maho with no plans for a formal meal, we parked our car under RI La Teresse and still in our suits, wife with a cover and still lugging our beach gear, we had a perfect happy hour meal at the Ossais bar centrally located between Mr chow and Roma. Pretty weird not to see Pierre at petes and didn't see Marco at roma. Like a few others we have followed him since since our first meal on the island at La Gondolo.
The American bartenders mom actually lives in our neighboring beach town back home.
Happy hour drinks are $6 while wife enjoyed her usually aperol spritz while i chose off thier specialty list with a Bulliet old fashioned. Usually drink Woodford but she nailed this drink to perfection.
We knew we would hitting up chow / roma happy hour as romas fried calamari is one of my wife's favorites, lightly dredged in flour and lightly fried garnished with one fried strip of zucchini which should be on the menu
Besides the calamari we shared very good arrancini, Buratta salad and those awesome wings from the mr chow selection
4 apps especially the wings were plenty of food along with 2 cocktails and a glass of wine Total cost $63 Complimentary shots of lemon cello were offered
Pretty sure we make a return visit before our departure
