My interest in cooking really started when I was at Villanova...
(although I had cooked at a number of places on LI before then, but I really wasn't into it that much)...
I lived in a house with seven other frat brothers, and we'd each take a night and cook for all...
My first specialty was a loaded Pizza Steak...
much like a Phila. Cheese Steak, but with steak-ums, marinara & mozzarela, and onions, black olives, peppers & mushrooms...
and that's all anyone wanted when it was my turn to cook...
I learned it from working at Pizza Palace in Bryn Mawr...
