Yea, that's a surprise to me as well and I've never heard that before. Hard to understand their stance on that one, if they stick to it. It seems they would want all the dinner and bar guests they could gt from the other resorts.

I suspect that's a short-lived policy and/or one that will be almost impossible to enforce.
