Bri, I do what you do but use chicken broth instead of stock. When I used stock I found it too salty/concentrated. The chicken/veggies & broth make a fabulous stock! JMHO <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />
