LB12SXM, You are very welcome. I'm glad they were well received. As far as the flights go, they are miserable even in first class. Well, the JFK-LAX leg wasn't bad but the flight into HNL was a bear. I started dreading the return even before we left the terminal on our arrival and soon we're heading out for the return leg. Ugh!!
