Honestly, in the US, where there are some LAWS in place, yes they may keep it separate. In SXM, I would bet a bunch of other people's money <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />, that it all goes in one pot and they do whatever they want with it.
