Crock-Pot Veggie Soup (very tasty)
4 zucchini
4 yellow (summer) squash
4 carrots sliced
1-2 Large onions, chopped very coarsley
2 large cans veggie broth
s&p to taste
Thyme to taste
place all in crockpot and cook on low til tender, about 6 hours...
serve right from the crockpot...
Very easy!
