In November virtually all the mooring balls were marked as Day Use. We counted the following mooring balls around Culebra:
Ensenada Dakity - 24+
Bahia de Almodovar - 12
Playa Tamarindo - 7
Playa Carlos Rosario - 6
Cayo Norte - 2 (S-E bay), 1 (S-W bay, 1 (West bay)
Culebrita - 12+ Make that Cayo de Luis Pena (with ~4 mooring balls), not Cayo Norte. Didn't see any mooring balls around Cayo Norte.
