We will be taking a smoker with us and we do have someone who wants to be responsible for the smoker/fire. We will be camping for 8 nights in a state campground so we are looking for a few things to fill the time besides swimming, boating, jet skiing, etc. We are planning to have fun, fun, fun and I am all for someone else cooking dinner! If you have any recipes for rubs, etc. please pass them on. Cole slaw and baked beans are on the menu for that night too. It is a large crowd ranging from 10-20 people at any given time during the week so big meals will be on the table.
