Carol, I like this dip:
2 scoops mayo
curry powder to taste
2 tsp vinegar
garlic to taste

It's excellent with veggies. I also like to just a container of sour cream with an envelope of original Hidden Valley Ranch.

Both are simple, but yummy on veggies.
