We just finished eating and...
It was EXCELLENT and so simple to make!
One thing, next time I'll cut the Ritz Crackers down to about 1 1/2 cups... and the butter to one stick...
made way too much with 3 cups!!!
BUT... Talk about comfort food! YUMMMMM!
(it IS VERY rich!)
I did not boil the lobsters either, I steamed them for about 20 minutes...
