Hi - I see you made it over here from TA. Dawn beach is far better than the one at the Simpson Bay Resort and yes you can access Dawn beach directly from Oyster Bay resort, just walk down a staircase and short tunnel to the beach.

If you want more nightlife Simpson Bay is the place to be, many restaurants, casinos bars all within walking distance.
