We've done the island hopping for two weeks, which inspired us to start sailing. For six days I would stick with one place. Day trips from STT to St. John, Jost and Tortola are easy and Virgin Gorda is possible. Ferries, excepting St. John, will add up.
For Scrub, you will spend a lit of time getting to the ferries.
