5 cups broccoli florets, blanched 2 cups diced cooked turkey 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup milk 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz) 1 cup French-fried onions (from 2.8-oz can), coarsely crushed
1.Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. 2.Layer broccoli and turkey in baking dish. In medium bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise and milk; stir in cheese. Spread over turkey and broccoli. 3.Cover baking dish with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with onions. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes longer or until bubbly and broccoli is tender.
