I've mentioned this recipe in another post, but don't think I ever posted the link. I make this fairly frequently, although it really doesn't adhere to my South Beach way of eating with the flour coating and all the butter. Still, it really is a delicious and elegant dinner. I usually use flounder since sole isn't something that we ever see in the grocery stores around here. Had it for dinner tonight with some steamed asparagus and brown rice blend.
