YUMMMMM!.... next time I'll change the spices... but excellent oven fried chicken!
Crispy outside & super moist! I used chicken thighs...
as written, it was a little bland for our tastes...
Next time I'll add some cayenne to the coating...
and maybe change the sage for thyme...
