glad it's a recipe you enjoy. sadly, i've only made it the one time! as of lately i haven't been cooking as frequently as i'd like, but with my new coming kitchen it should give me inspiration to cook new dishes. i'll post any upcoming fish entrees and other entrees. i honestly don't make fish that often. it seems whenever i go to sxm that's all i eat and it fulfills my fish intake cravings for a long time. tonight, i will be making ina garten's lasagna. i'll post a separate thread if i'm not feeling too lazy. it's been awhile since i contributed to the recipes forum.
