What a lovely story. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Smile.gif" alt="" />
This one sounds good:
1 pound unsalted butter, softened 3 tablespoons white wine 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon hot sauce 3/4 teaspoon salt 4 green onions, chopped 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor, stir in the rest. If you’re concerned with overpowering the taste of the lobster, you could decrease the hot sauce, onion, and pepper.
If I can't be a good example, I'll just have to be a horrible warning.
