CS... since it's Peach season now...
use your vanilla icecream recipe, and mix in diced fresh peaches! Nuthin' Better! Peaches & Cream!
BTW... also, use some fresh vanilla beans to make the Icecream...
and scrape all the seeds off the pods to add to the icecream! YUMMMMMM!!!
and you get those litte flecks of vanilla showing! Great eye appeal!
