This also reminds me of a great strawberry ice cream recipe made in a food processor. Came from the Cuisinart booklet.

2 pints strawberries, washed and stemmed
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream

Freeze the berries on a cooky sheet in one layer. If they are large, cut them in half. Or use berries that you buy frozen. Chop the berries in the processor using the metal blade, scraping the bowl and lid as necessary. Add lemon juice and sugar and process for 10 seconds. With the machine running, pour the cream through the feed tube in a steady stream. After all the cream has been added, scrape the bowl and process 5 seconds longer. Serve immediately. Makes 1 quart.

I'm sure this could be made with frozen peaches instead of strawberries. For the peach flavor, you can add a bit of almond extract, too.
