Not forced... but like to do something other than sandwiches and just re-heated Thanksgiving Dinner...
traditionally we make Turkey Tetrazzini for our Day After Thanksgiving Sail... But didn't sail this year...
(it's gotten way too expensive to leave the sail boat in the water after Oct. 15th or so)...
and definately we had enough leftovers this year for sure!
