We used to be able to get turkey cheap in Virginia. I remember a couple of times we got it for 29 cents a pound. We could also buy fresh turkey cuts, (but not whole birds) pretty much year round. Here in Florida, not so much, as we spent 59 cents for TG this year, but we bought three birds. We love turkey, especially white meat. I much prefer it to chicken.
