CS! YOU KNOW HOW TO SLICE A FLANK STEAK! I can't believe so many people will just serve you a "chunk" of flank steak!!! or not know enough to cut it thin or on the bias! Flank Steaks and Skirt Steaks are my absolute fav's! They are great on their own... and do extremely well with a good simple marinade... Yours looks delicious!
