I'll definitely try it! The dry ranch mix tends to be very high in sodium- I wonder if there's a low-sodium version. If capsaicin is good for your stomach then we shouldn't ever have any GI issues, because we eat a ton of it!
I've been meaning to try my hand at making some whole-grain crackers, so if they come out good I'll try it with those, too!
