It is going to take a LOT of small efforts to clean up our paradise. One pleasant surprise was Caribbean Paddling. The lunch that you can order from them for the paddle to Pinel is delicious and totally recyclable materials in a reusable cooler. How to get that small step spread to other restaurants? I would certainly pay more to encourage elimination of plastics.
