Have to agree with sxmmartini. As much as I love Club O, I have felt from the beginning that a business (and that's what they are) should have their financial situation in order in case of a catastrophe. We had a deposit that we wanted back to be used for another vacation (we don't have unlimited funds for vacation !) So, yes, it was tacky IMHO. That being said, we will gladly go back to Club O as soon as it's possible.
