On Chippie/UTS network you need a new chip (and phone in some cases) as they no longer work with the upgraded system. MUST be a 3G phone. Even if you have a 3G phone, you have to take your old chip in and they will give you a new chip, same #, $ balance retained.
I know nothing about TelCell service other than everyone complains about it. They have a store in Simpson Bay.
Elaine, I'm soooo confused! I used my Chippie SIM earlier this month with no problems. When you say you need a new chip, exactly what does that mean? Has something changed since we were there?
