I know you said "on the Dutch Side" but if you're driving to Orient why not go through Grand Case to get to Orient. Stop at Sunset Cafe at Grand Case Beach Club. The best sunsets we've ever seen in SXM. Full restaurant and bar there on a point overlooking Anquilla to the right and the sun setting to the left over the masts of boats.
