Just curious, how does a crewed charter boat hit another boat at anchor? I have been hit by a bareboater once and had my dinghy ran over by another bareboater but usually the crewed boats manage to not hit anyone. G
Something happened with the steering or something like that - seems like a mechanical issue that caused it.
