To answer your question on going to Rainbow for lunch and seeing Grand Case ------
I'd strongly recommend instead Sunset Cafe at Grand Case Beach Club. Great food, semi outdoor eating, great view of Anguilla. The property is beautiful and not as noisy as Rainbow, If you like Mussels they have a special on Thursdays.
