I have no problem with the safety aspect, it is the ineptness of which the US carriers are run. I have every possible notification set up and I get ZERO notification from AA on both of the mjaor schedule changes they have made. At one point during the 1 hour+ phone ordeal the agent implied that I changed the routing as they cound not find it in their system. Speaking decent english would have helped the situation also.
