That doesn't make much sense that you can't receive them if they actually sent them. Something is screwed up some where.
That is what tried to tell them and I spent over an hour on the phone that other night doing so.
I did get an email yesterday about new service to Europe but still no notification of the flight changes. I also sent an email two days ago but no response to that either.
