So you know your rights.
I must say it is very different isssue when schedule changes arise before travel date than changes on the day.
If it's before then I do get annoyed.
But if it's on the day of travel then I'm as cool as a cucumber.
I don't mind delays then.
I keep thinking if the equipment is delayed coming in could have been due to mechanical issue or weather.
Never want the airline to put cost of delays ahead of safety.
