I don't understand why the biggest cargo aircraft in the world would be needed to bring ventilators to an Island with 67 confirmed cases ...12 which have recovered and 10 have passed away. even including the surrounding islands it would be a stretch....and how many intensive care rooms are there on SXM to deal with all, these ventilators. That size plane could supply NYC plus NJ....
I would assume it's a major supply restock flight....of everything.
Only an opinion.... This isn't the biggest cargo aircraft in the world. That would be the Antonov AN-225.
