Your talking about the The Center for Urgent Care, correct? Just beware, according to their website they offer 2 types of tests, Sofia® Antigen (FIA) Test & Cellex™ Antibody Serology Test. Neither of these test are an RT-PCR test that is required for entry to St. Maarten.

Are other types of COVID-19 tests allowed instead of the PCR COVID-19 test?
No other tests are accepted. Only a rt-PCR test for SARS-COV-2 virus performed on a naso-pharyngheal sample within 72 hours prior to departure to St. Maarten is allowed. Other types of tests such as antibody or antigen tests or tests taken outside of the 72 hours period will not be accepted.
