I can't help but to be curious regarding the circumstances of Covid 'positives' at Pusser's Soper's Hole Restaurant on the 14th. If these were tourists, as implied, why would they be breaking quarantine at Soper's Hole? Returning or arriving at charter base? If so, a bunch of folks could be exposed.
