"Active" is relative from a medical standpoint. Not surprising that there are 2 positive tests. Questions I have: 1) True positive or false positive? Symptoms or no symptoms? Quarantine maintained?

(WHY would you want to take them from a quarantined boat to a land based quarantine facility which would definitely involve some interaction with BVI citizens?)

Many people have little or no symptoms and thus require no little or no medical resources. Keeping in quarantine for 10 days is what CDC currently recommends, and no retesting, as at this point the person is no longer symptomatic although testing can still be positive due to fragments of the virus still being detected).

Surely, the protocol , when being developed would anticipate a positive case being detected at each of these points, either land based or yacht based. Has the BVI shared their protocol of what happens at each of these points?
