Many places up north have tornadoes, so it's kind of a trade off. We live in the very center of Florida and there were some hurricanes that came through here in 2004, but in general, hurricanes are not really a big problem here. And most of the damage here in 2004 was from spin-off tornadoes from the hurricane, not from the hurricane itself. If you live on the coast, you are on the water, yes, but insurance is very difficult and expensive to get and there is always a hurricane risk, yes. But we are extremely happy that we moved to Florida, from a weather standpoint.
