Interesting....presently all visitors to Aruba and Barbados for instance need a neg PCR test within 3 days of entry. Aruba, like SXM, needs their insurance purchased. Is all this being waived because all passengers are immunized? ...if so why aren't the arrivals by air to any Caribbean Island also allowed entry if immunized? I can understand waiving the insurance requirement but testing? Also persons returning to SXM after the cruise....do they again need tests?
