Last month it was weird that someone tried to put up a barrier between the Cow Wreck bar and Ann's gift shop. I got the impression from Ann that the split wasn't totally amicable. That someone was Bell. She fenced off the gift shop, and would scream at anyone who tried to get through the fence. She also had the gift shop's power connection removed from the BVIEC mains. The gift shop is now running on a portable generator.
