One very overlooked place for provisioning, laundry, moorings, and restaurants is Fat Hogs Bay. The grocery store Rite Way even has a dock you can use. Want a slip for the night try Penns Landing and right at the end of the dock is the Red Rock Restaurant IMHO one of the best paces to eat in the BVI. Granted you wont find beaches there.
