If you are fully vaccinated with a booster than you have 3 calendar days in which to submit your EHAS application, before arrival in SXM. Replies can take up to 12 hours, but are usually returned within a couple of hours. If you are fully vaccinated without the additional booster than you will be submitting your results within 48 hours or 24 hours depending on the required Covid test you are submitting. Your best bet is to thoroughly review the EHAS Travel Requirements, than you can ask questions about what you don't understand. A link to the travel requirements is below.
