My suggestion would be to just jump in a cab and go to Isla Verde, which is very close to the airport. There are many restaurant choices there. Our favorite restaurant is called Metropol. There is a Metropol inside the secure area for the last few years. Haven't tried it, although I have been to the one in Barceloneta a few times, and really like it. Go through security and turn left through the duty free area - it's right there before you even get to concourse C.
