Your captain will likely have the best itinerary suggestions based on your interests and the sea and weather conditions while you are there. We sail frequently so now skip some of the more touristy stops (Norman, etc and opt for more quiet anchorages like Guana Island) but I am sure that as first timers you will enjoy everything. Don’t be afraid to spend two nights in places - North Sound or Anegada for example.

I would suggest:
Norman (as you have expressed interest)
Stop at Baths enroute to North Sound
** while Cooper does have a great restaurant we have spent more than enough nights on the ball there while it bangs the hulls - crazy wind changes and currents - so we now skip it.
North Sound (BEYC, Saba or Blunder Bay)
Anegada
Anegada to Jost Van Dyke
