I am also biased against NCL because we had a really horrible experience on a short cruise from Florida--NO CABIN FOR US, when we booked a cat guarantee--although it was eventually solved, and we did sail. However, having a balcony, or in this case, a suite, can make up for a multitude of sins.. Seriously, call Bonnie, or another cruise travel agent, for advice..
